At the Delivery of the Kings Goal of Newgate holden for the County of Middlesex
on Wednesday the fifteenth day of July1767

Whereas James Smith< no role > hath at this present
Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosecution of David Morgan< no role >
And the said David Morgan< no role > having prayed to be allowed
for his Expences and loss of time in the said Prosecution which this Court doth
think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by this Court that the Treasurer of this
County do forthwith pay to the said David Morgan< no role >
the Sum of Eleven Shillingsfor this said Expences and loss of time
