The Information of John Offer< no role >
taken before me this 3d.. day
of July 1764

Who being upon Oath says, that he knows John Nugent< no role > and
Charles Knight< no role > not yet taken and Francis Boswell< no role > John
Spires
< no role > and John Harford< no role > now present says that he hath
several times been concerned with the said Nugent and Knight
in Picking of Pockets, says he was also concerned with all the
rest in Picking Pockets at the Review in Hyde Pack says
that in the Night of last Sunday as a Month he this Informt.
William Mallett< no role > and John Spires< no role > now present broke into the
Upholsterers apposite St. Anns Church & Stole thereout
six Plated Spoons which they soled to alow in Chandvise
that but when dream he does not know, says that about
a fortnight since he this Informt. the said Spires Boswell
and Harford broke into the Kings home alehouse the corner
of Hogg Lane and Stole the Tile containing Thirty four
Shillings in Half pence which they shared in said Boswell's
Room, says that the next Morning they went to the house
of Mr. Courtis now present and each of them exchanged five
Shillings of the said Half pence, and afterwards the same
day Dined at the said House on Eccles
