The Information of Catherine Peat< no role >
Servant to Mrs. Flyer commonly called
Lady Flyer taken before me this 27th. day
of July 1767

Who being upon Oath says that about three Weeks
ago her said Mistress delivered unto her a pair of
Streets with Directions to go and pawn them, says
that she was at that Time at Edgware , says that
her said Mistress desired her to carry the said Streets
to one Isaacs a Pawn broker , says that she carried
them there and pledged them for ten Shillings, says
that the afterwards wentwithto the same Pawnbroker's
to fetch out a Silver Table Spoon which she this
Informant had pawned by the Direction of the said Mrs.
Floyer and carried it to her

The Information of Thomas Partyn< no role >

Who being on Oath says that he lately let a House ready
furnished to one Mrs. Floyer commonly called Lady Floyer situate at
Edgware in the parish of Little Stanmore , that he has since lost out
of the said House one Silver Table Spoon two Silver Salt Shovels & a pair
of Streets, says that from the Information of the above mentioned Catherine
Peat
< no role > he has Cause to suspect that the said Mrs. Floyer has foloniously
taken & carried away the same
