The Parish of Ealing

Joseph Massey< no role > of the Middle Temple Londen Gent maketh Oath
and saith that he did on the Sixteenth day of October Instant personally
Serve Mr. William Maclary< no role > one of the Overseers of the Parish of
Ealing (as he Informed this Deponent) with a notice in writing
Purporting that the Churchwarden and Overseer of the Hamlet of
Kew intended to move the Court of Quarter Sessions on monday then
next being the Twentieth day of October Instant or so soon after
as Councel could be heard That this Appeal may be revived and
restored to the Paper of Appeals and that the same may then be
Adjourned to the December Sessions the Appellants undertaking then
to try the Appeal or to dismiss the same with Costs
