The Deft. was indicted at the Sessions at Hick;ss Hall in Decr. Last for an
Assault upon one John Nickles< no role > at Grays Sum in the County of Middlesex
& he not appearing there to a Warrant wasifreed But Deft. was not
taken up thereon, but entered into a Recognizance as together with our
Walter Williams< no role > his Surety in the Penalty of £20 each to travers
& try the Indictment at the last Sessions put he made Default
therein so that the Recognizance is become forfeited.

Please therefore to move to estreat the Rocognizance
