To the Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the
Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwdns
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Martin
in the fields in the Liberty of Westminster and
County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass warrant or Order under the Hands
and Seals of R. Kilsha and Paul Vaillant< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster in the
said County (one where of being of the Quorum) bearing date the
fourteenth day of April Instant Eleanor London< no role > aged about Sixteen
years was removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of
St. Clement Danes in theCity andLiberty of Westmr. aforesaid to the said Parish
of St. Martin in the Fields as the Place of her Last legal Settlemt.

Your Petitioners Conceive themselves
Aggrieved by the Adjudication of the said two
Justices therefore humbly Appeal to this Court
against the Same And pray your Worships
will be pleased to appoint a day in this present
Session for the hearing and determining the said
Appeal

And your Petitioners shall Pray Etc
