To the Right Worshipful his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
in their General Quarter Session of the peace
Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Ann
Blackfriars London

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City
and Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex (one being
of the Quorum) Dated the Tenth Day of this Instant April
Sarah Kent< no role > Widow of Henry Kent< no role > deceased was removed
from the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the Liberty of
Westminster aforesaid in the said County of Middlesex to the
said Parish of Saint Ann Blackfriars as the Place of her last
Legal Settlement.

That your Petitioners conceive themselves
Aggrieved by the said order and Judgment of
the said two Justices and therefore Humbly
Appeal to this Honble Court against the
same And pray that your Worships will be
Pleased to Appoint a Day for Hearing and
Determining the same.

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
