Seven Dials Gentleman hisBail Severally and Seperately make Oath and
Say that they have made Diligent Enquiry after the said Defendant in hopes of
finding him And particularly have Enquired at his last place of aboad in
Leicester Street near Swallow Street and at all other Places where these
Deponants were Informed he the said Robert Rowbotham< no role > resorted to, And
that these Deponants And that these Deponants haveing Intelligence that
the said Defendant Robert Rowbotham was with his Father in Law
at Windsor who Keeps the Three Crowns there they went at Different times
in Order to bring him to this Honble: Court to Surrender him to take his
Tryal at this Sessions, but all Endeavours have been in Vain, but will
do there utmost to Surrender him against the next Sessions
