and John Taylor< no role > of the Parish of Christ Church Spittlefield
in the said County Surgeon and Apothecary : On their Several and
Respective Corpeal Oaths Say: And first this Deponent Anthony Event
On his Oath Saith that being send for by James Scottow< no role > Husband
Ann Scottow< no role > on the Fourteenth of this Present Month of September, and by him
Informed that his Aforesaid Wife Ann had thrown herself and of a Window two
of Stairs high at his Lodgings At Thomas Elphicks< no role > Suituate in the said Parish
of Saint Leonard Shoreditch , on the Eighth of this Instant and that one Mr.
Taylor a Surgeon did Attend her that he the said James Scottow way [..]
that his said Wife, did lay a Charge Against him and his Servant [..]
Gunton with throwing her out of the said Window: upon which the aforesa [..]
James Gunton< no role > was taken upon a Violent Suspicion of Aiding and Assisting
James Scottow in Bauising of his Wife, and throwing her and of the Window
and Committed to New Prison Clerkenwell for further Examination: The
said James Scottow then requested this Deponent to call upon Mr.
Taylor and go with him, and Examine the State of the Health and Condition
of his said Wife Which he Accordingly did and this Deponent saith that
said ann Scottow is in no sort of Danger of her Life, at this present time
from the said fall, but in a Fair way of Recovery

this Deponent John Taylor< no role > Maketh Oath and Saith that he has
Attended the Said Ann Scottow Ever Since the Eighth Instant during
her illness, And that being called upon by the other Deponent Anthony
[..] large with him and [..] into the Condition and Health of the [..]
Ann Scottow, this Deponent According by did on they 17th: Instant
and this Deponent doth declare that the said Ann Scottow< no role > is in no sort of
Danger of her Life at this present time from the fall she said, she received,
but is in a fair Way of Recovery:
