Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Clement Danes
in the said County Did at the last General Quarter Session of
the Peace held at Hicks Hall
aforesaid Exhibit their Petition and Appeal Seting forth

(one of the Quorum) bearing date the Twenty Seventh day

was removed from the Parish of
Saint George Hanover Square
in the Liberty of Westminster
to the Parish of Saint
Clement Danes
in the said Liberty whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves
to be Aggrieved Which Appeal was duly Adjourned unto this day New upon
hearing of the said Appeal and what hath been Alledged on either side by the
respective Chruchwardens and Overseers their Council and Witnesses in and
concerning the Premisses it is Ordered that the said Appeal be and the same
is hereby Allowed And the said Order of the said two Justices is hereby Quashed
and Vacated And it is further Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Clement Danes
or some or one of them Do forthwith
Convey and Deliver back the said Mary Sheriffe (together with a Copy of this
Order) unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Saint George Hanover Square
in the Liberty of Westminster
or to some or one
of them who are hereby required to receive and provide for the said Mary
Sheriffe until they can Free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course
of Law.
