At the Delivery of the Goal of our Lord the King of Newgate holden for the County
of Middx at Justice Hall in the Old Baily in the Suburbs of the City of London on
Wednesday the twenty fifthninthday of May in the twelfth year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the first King of Great Britain Etc before Sit Francis
Forbes< no role > Knight Mayor of the City of London Sir Francis Page< no role > Knt. one of
the Barons of the Exchequer of our sd. Lord the King Sir George Merttins< no role >
Knt. Edward Bellamy< no role > Esqr. Aldermen of the City of London John Raby< no role > Esqr.
Serjeant at Law and others their Fellows Justices of our sd. Lord the King
assigned to deliver his Goal of Newgate of the Prisoners therein being.

It is Ordered by this Court at this present Sessions of Goal Delivery of Newgate
held [..] for the County of Middx that the several Keepers of New Prison at
Clerkenwell of the Bridewell at Clerkenwell of the Gatehouse at Westmr. and of
the House of Correction at Westmr. commonly called Tutthill Fields Bridewell do
from hence froward at least Six days before the opening of every succeeding
Sessions of Goal Delivery of Newgate held for the County of Middx bring or
cause to be brought unto his Majestys Goal of Newgate and deliver unto the
Keeper thereof or his Deputy all such Person or Persons who shall be hereafter
committed to the Custody of the sd. several Keepers of New Prison at Clerkenwell
of the Bridewell at Clerkenwell of the Gate house at Westmr. and of the House of
Correction at Westmr. commonly called Tutthill Fields Bridewell aforesd. for Felony
or Suspicion of Felony together with the Copy of the Commitment of such Person
or Persons so committed as aforesd. And it is further Ordered by this Court that if
any Person or Persons shall be committed to the Custody of the sd. several
Keepers of New Prison at Clerkenwell of the Bridewell at Clerkenwell of the
Gatehouse at Westmr. and of the House of Correction at Westmr. commonly
called Tutthill Fields Bridewell aforesd: for Felony or Suspicion of Felony after the
said Six days on which such Person or Persons committed for Felony or
Suspicion of Felony are hereby ordered to be brought to Newgate & delivered
to the Keeper thereof or his Deputy as aforesd. then the sd. several Keepers of
New Prison at Clerkenwell of the Bridewell at Clerkenwell of the Gatehouse at
Westmr. and of the House of Correction at Westmr. commonly called Tutthill
Fields Bridewell aforesd. are hereby ordered to bring such Person or Persons
so committed ad aforesd. to hs Majestys Goal of Newgate and deliver them to
the Keeper thereof or his Deputy together with the Copy of the Commitment
of such Person or Persons the Morning before the Opening of every
