[..] Wright above Prosecution maketh Oath
that he hath been at great Expence in Suspending many
Witnesses for this Day in Order to prosecute to above [..]
And hath actually Coursed a habeas Cor [..] to be sued out said
and Robert Smith< no role > to be bought up thereon, thereon Kings Bench to Attend Accept
Cove And requid have proceeded to Try the said sd of Barrow
this Day But a not now able so to do By reason But
one William [..] Lillie< no role > is a Material witness [..]
King without whose Testimony it will beliefe Safe to
to [..] above prosecution And [..] Deponent
he hath made and [..] made [..]
[..] the said William Lillies< no role > at the said
