W3. Cap 19 & That all Murtherers & Felons shall be imprisoned in the
sd Coma Gaol & not she where and that the there shall have the Keeping
of the same Gaols

S4. Provided that this Act be not in any wise hurtful or prejudicial to any
person or persons have any Comon Gaol by Inheritance for term of Life
or for years but that they shall have & enjoy the said Gaols
& the profits Fees & Comody of the same as they had or might
Carefully have had before Making this Act and as if this Act
never had been made.
