Benjamin Long< no role > Surveyor of the Highways within the Parish of St.
James Clerkenwell in the said County maketh Oath before Us two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace of the said County that the
several Persons whose Names are written on the back of this Writing
[..] being respectively Householders or Cottagers in the same
parish to wit on the Lower side thereof having been respectively duly
Sumoned by themselves or One sufficient Labourer each to work
At a certain time lately past in the Amendment of the Highway's in the
same Parish haveing respectively neglected and made Default so to do
or to make any Payment or Contribution in lien of such Labour.

This Account is taken before us
the 30th. Day of October 1764.
