Whereas by Indenture of Appenticeship bearing
Date the thirteenth Day of July 1762 Samuel
Newcombe
< no role > late an orphan of the parish of St. Sepulchre
London because bound to Solomen of Boosey of the Parish
of Saint Andrew Holbourn in the County of Middx
Peruke maker to serve him from the day of the Date
thereof for the Term of Seven Years And Whereas
several Differences have arisen between the said
hath complained to Us two of this Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the said County that
he hath Seen put away from has service and
that his said Master hath neglected to Instruct
him or to find & provide sufficent meat Drink
Cloaths Washing and Lodging as by the said Indre
he covenanted to Do Which matter of Com-
plaint being now fully heard before us in the presence
of the said Matter (being Sumd. on this occasion)
We do therefore and by and with the consent
of the said Matter absolutely Discharge and
set at Liberty the said apprentice from his said
Apprenticeship as far as in us lyes And in
Testmony thereof have hereunto set our Hands
and Seals the 20th. Day of Septr 1764.
