to desire their Company to Drive this Day, upon a Complt.
that Wm. Smith< no role > who was comitted by Col. Garrett from
the Tower Division to a New Prison for further Examination
on a charge of Burglary, was sent for to Sir John House< no role >
to be reexamined by Major Spinage Etc.

On Friday in the last Session an Order was made that
before a Justice be directed to be wrote to on a
Complaint from the Session he be first sent
to and inform'd of the Matter of Complaint by
the Justice complaining. Which Order stands for
Confirmation. Not att present to be confirmed
