Whereas Esther Duck< no role > apprentice to Joseph
Jeanes
< no role > of the Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell
withe Division Finsbury and County of Middx
hath been brought before Us whose Hands and
Seals are here unto Set three of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
(one or more being of the Quorum) by virtue of a
Warrant in that behalf bearing Date the Thirtieth
Day of this Instant for being a Disorderly Apprentice
and Servant and pilfering his Money and goods and
other Misbehaviour so that he was unsafe with her
in his House as he had Complained upon Oath
And Whereas the said Apprentice upon being
Admonished doth not discover or give any hope of
Amendment but remaineth stubborn and very
froward insomuch that her said Master being
present hath prayed that she may be dis-
missed and discharged from her Apprenticeship
and service And We being of Opinion that
Imprisonment and Correction will work but
little
