concerning the deceased We are induced to believes the Waunds
She reced were the immediate Cause of her death But We
are of opinion that neither of the Waunds were Mortal of
themselves. or tho' they And happened together and that the
deced night have recovered if duo Care had been taken of her
soon after the InjuriesAnd the said Joseph Randall< no role > for
himself further saith that an or about Friday was three Weeks
the deceased Ann Davis< no role > applyed to him about eight oClock at
Night to dress a Waund an her head which was them bleeding
and this Informt. Stopped the blood and desired her to go home &
go to Bed & apply a warm Poultris to it and if in Case she
was not Capable if coming to him this Informt. if she woud said
word where she lodg'd he woud. attend her. The next day
or two said Deced came to the Shop of this Informt. when & where
he dressed the wound. The Monday following She the deced sent [..] for
Informt. to come to her at the Bull & Butcher in Browns Gardens to
dress her Head which he accordingly did and after he had dressed
if Mary Hargrave< no role > the Laodlady of the House pull'd or attempted to pull off
the Dressings and insisted upon his going on no further for
that as she was to pay for it she woud. employ [..] she pleased
and that he never saw the decied afterwards to the time of her
death.
