To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex at their General
Session of the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Parish of Saint Bottolph Bishopsgate without
in the Liberty of the City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of on Order or Pass Warrant under the
hands and Seals of Sir John Fielding< no role > Knight and William
Kelynge
< no role > Esquire Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing Date theDay of1764 Elizabeth Eades< no role >
Single Woman was removed from the Parish of Enfield in the
said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Bottolph a
Bishopsgate without in the Liberty of the City of London as the
Place of the last legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth Eades< no role >
Whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves to be Aggrieved.

Your Pettiioners therefore humbly Pray
your Worships to Appoint a Day in this
Present Session, to hear and Determine their
said Appeal.

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc.
