Most Humbly Sheweth

That your Worships Petitioner.
Having been Appointed on the 20th. of May Last, as Keeper
of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell , Till another was
Chosen; Continued as Such untill the 20th. of September

That your Worships having been Pleased to Allow
A Yearly Salary of Fifty Pounds to the Keeper of the House of
Correction , Your Worships Petitioner Humbly Begs your
Worships would be Pleased to order The Treasurer To pay the
Salary due to Him, for the four Months he Officiated as
Keeper

And as in duty Bound
