Names and by the Addition of Ann Crump< no role > otherwise
Mathews< no role > late of the Parish of Saint Margaret
Westminster in the County of Middlesex , Yeoman
cometh here in Court in her own proper Person
and having heard the said Indictment read
sayth that at the Time of taking the said
Indictment She was and yet is a Singlewoman
without this that she the said Ann at the said
Time of taking the said Indictment was and
yet is a Singlewoman to wife ar the Parish aforesaid in the County aforesaid And this She is ready
to Verify wherefore she prayeth Judgment
of the said Indictment of the Court here
and that She may be dismissed and
Discharged of the said Indictment
and that the said Indictment may
be Quashed.
