William Barry< no role > of the Parish of St. George in
the County of Middx Victuer and Lawrence Wilson< no role >
of the same Parish Marrier severally make Oath
And first this Depont. William Barry< no role > for himself
saith that he did on several Days before this present
Sessions make Skirt and diligent Enquiry after
George Hazard< no role > the Prosecutor in this Cause in order
to have served his with Notice of Trial in this
Cause at this Sessions but this Depont. on such Inquiry
could not find out the said Hazard And this Depont
Lawrence Wilson< no role > for himself saith that he hath on
divers days before this Sessions made diligent and
strickt Inquiry after the said George Hazard< no role > in order
to leave served him with Notice of Trial in this
Cause but on such Inquiry could not find the said
Hazard to serve him with Notice of Trial as
aforesaid
