Samuel Johnson< no role > King street Tower hill Carpenter on
his Oath saith that in the Month of May last he this
deponent together with William Collendar
entered into a recognizance for the Personal Appearance
of the said James Murdock< no role > to Answer the Aforesaid
Complaint of the said Christian Jenner< no role > at the then next
session of the Peace to be holden for this County
And that the Trial of the said James Murdock< no role > for
the said Offence was put off by Order of the Court until
the last July Session and that after that Session and
before the last September Session the said James
