To the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. James ,
within the Liberty of ,
in the County of Middlesex : And to
the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Matin in the feilds in the Said Liberty
and County and to Each and Every of them

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto us,
Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
City and Liberty of Westminster , aforesaid (One whereof
being of the Quorum) by the Churchwardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. James , That
Katherine Wellwin< no role > aged About Sixty years
Wife of Andrew Wellwin< no role > (if living) who is gone
from her hath
lately intruded and come into the said Parish of St. James ,
and is become Chargeable to the same. We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premisses upon
Oath and other Circumstances, do adjudge the [..] be
true, and do also adjudge the Place of the last legal Settle-
ment of the said Andrew Wellwin< no role > and Katherine
his wife to be in the Parish of Saint Martin in
the feilds within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to require
you on Sight hereof, to remove and convey the said
Katherine & Wellwin< no role >
from and out of your said Parish of St. James , to the said
Parishof Saint Martin
and her deliver unto the Churchwardens and Over-
seers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together
with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof, who are here-
by required to receive and provide for her according to
Law. Given under our Hands and Seals this 17th Day
of August 17 63
