Who being on Oath says that on about the Mo [..] of
Apl. last a Silver Table Spoon was lost out of the House of his
said Master in Brooks Street given or Square, says
he has this day seen a Silver Table Spoon in the Possession
of one Molloy a Silver smith in Holborn which he verily
believes to be the same Spoon that was lost as aforesaid
says that one Thos. Reynton< no role > a Smith now of Rugeley in
Staffordshire need an or about the time the Said Spoon
was last to come to his said Master's House in Brook
Street aforesaid, and says that he has cause to suspect that
the said Thos. Roynton feloniously took and carried away
the said Spoon out of Said Mr. Curzon's House
