that he this Deponent did on Tuesday the Thirteenth day
of this Instant September serve Mrs Elizabeth Gilton< no role > [..]
the Presecutrix in this Cause with the Notice hereunto
annexed by Delivering a true copy thereof to one
John Thomas< no role > being a Man Servant now in the
Service of one Mrs. Carr as this Deponent was
then Informed by him. And which Information
this Deponent verily beleives to be true at her the
Said Mrs Carr's Dwelling house near Half Moon
Street Hyde Park Corner And that he the said
John Thomas< no role > then Informed this Deponent and which Information this Dept. verily beleive
to be true not the Prosecutrix Mrs. Elizabeth Gittoes< no role > did then
live with the said Mrs. Carr. and that he the
said John Thomas< no role > would Deliver the same to
her the said Mrs. Gittoes as Soon as she came
home.
