Stairs to the Room when the threatning woman & some Man lived
That when there the Door of sd Chamber door was opened a littleway &
woman Passed her Arm & some part of her Body thro' & out of the said Opening
& with Some Instrumen Strook Peter Dove< no role > in the lower Part of
his Belly & Deponent hath seen the wound & his Entrails come out
& the said Woman passed her Arm under the left Arm of Deponents
Son wch Arm was held up by him expecting some blow to himself

Deponents Assistance on Saturday night a little before twelveyouDepont.
followd him up one Parr of Stairs in Eeles Yard to the Door of one
Leatherston who follows the Business of a Coal Heaver for that a woman
whom Depont. knows when he sees her (as the Report was) had threatned
to set fire to that Neighbourhood & says the threatning woman lived
with sd Leatherston the Constable intended to secure the said Woman
there were then together the Constable, Deponent, his Father, John Dent< no role >
& Peter Dove< no role > deced, & Depont. Stood with his left Arm to the Chamber
door & the Door was opened & Shut again immediately expeditionsly but there
appeared in the Time a Man with a red Wastcoat on & a Poker or
Pair of Tongs in one of his hands resting over his Shoulder &
Peter Dove< no role > Stood in the full opening of the Door & while the door was
open the Woman before Mentioned [..] longed her right hand forth &
