The Information of Nicholas Rainforth< no role > of
Lower East Smithfield Salesman Taken
before me this 26th. August 1763

Who being upon Oath says that two Persons now present
who call themselves Robert Hill< no role > and John Carlow< no role > Yesterday
in the Afternoon came to his Shop and Cheapened so me
Handkerchiefs, that he Shewed them several Pieces
and that he presently missed a Piece of Neckcloths now
produced, says that on this Informant's Charging them
with Stealing the same and sending for an Officers
one of them flung them from him together with a
Handkerchief of his own
