The Information of Benjamin Young< no role > taken
before me this 8th. day of Janry 1763

Who being upon Oath says that he together with Joseph Posnet< no role >
John Overend< no role > and Christopher Terry< no role > did about a Month ago take and
Covey away from the New Buildings in Deans Yard Westminster a
Quantity of Lead which this Informant believes to be the property of
[..] Samuel Cox< no role > Esqr. Says that they afterwards Sold Part of the
said Lead to one Bryan Lynch< no role > an Old Cloaths Man in Drury Lane
for Four Shillings & And Eight Pence some of the rest they Sold to one George Atwell< no role > who
Deals in Old Iron Cloaths Etc near the Seven Dyals for which last
Parcel of Lead said Atwell paid Two Shillings and five pence as the said
Terry told this Informant for that he this Informant waited at said
Atwells Door while Terry received the Money, Says that said Over end
& Posnet Also waited at the Door and that no Person went into the
Shop but the aforesaid Terry And further Saith that it was in
the Evening after Dark when the said Lead was Pold to the said Lynch
and Atwell as aforesaid
