To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace
Assembled at the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace
holden at Hickss Hall in and for the County of Middlesex

To Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Lewisham in the County
of Kent

Sheweth


That Thomas Quarrill< no role > and Thomas Smith< no role > Esquires two
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid upon Complaint made unto them by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel
in the said County of Middlesex That Susannah Phillips< no role > Singlewoman
lately intruded and came into the said Parish of Saint Mary White
Chapel and was likely to become chargeable to the same did by an
Order or Warrant of Removal under their hands and Seals Dated
the Seventeenth day of August last past Order the said Susannah
Phillips
< no role > to be removed and Conveyed from the said Parish of
Saint Mary White Chapel to the said Parish of Lewisham as
the place of her last legal Settlement

That the said Susannah Phillips< no role > by Virtue of the said
Order hath been removed and Conveyed from the said Parish of
Saint Mary White Chapel to the said Parish of Lewisham where
She now remains Chargeable to the same Parish

Your petitioners Apprehending themselves
Agrieved by the said Order or Warrant of Removal
made by the said two Justices as aforesaid do
therefore humbly Appeal against the same
