The King against William Oakman< no role >

Anne Brown< no role > of the parish of Saint James Clerkenwell
in the County of Middlesex Widow and Mother of the above named
Prosecutrix maketh oath, That she hath Attended the said prosecutrix
for the Space of Sixdays last past to Nurse her, and the the said
prosecutrix (this Deponts. Daughter) hath been during all that time
and now is Confined to her Bed by a Fever, and is Sometimes Light headed
And this Depont. Saith that she is Informed and believes that the said
Cause cannot be Tryed Safely without the Testimony of the said
Prosecutrix being Given thereon, and that she believes the Removal
of the said prosecutrix for that purpose will be Accompanyed with Great
Danger of the loss of her life.

Sixth day of December 1762.
