the use of the Justices and thereby several former Regulations
in the said printed Collection are now reduced altered or become useless
And it appearing & agt severall new & usefull Orders have been since madealso that several usefull Orders omitted in the said
Book of public orders and that the said Collection was not correct
ner so well digested for use as might be.
It is therefore now
ordered that it be and it is hereby recommended and referred to

of the peace and the greater part Justices also of Oyer & Terminer
for this County here present or any three or more of them as shall
please to be there to meet as a Comittee at Hicks Hall on Thursday
the Fifth of august next at Ten O' Clock in the morning to revise
the said printed Book of public Orders and the several books
from which the same were Collected and others in the office of
the clerk of the peace and make Extracts of what they shall think
necessary for making the said recited Book more usefull and Compleat and such additions and alterations as they shall
think necessary to that purpose and to make their Report thereon to the
next Sessions on the County day of the same Session And Mr.
James Jefferson< no role > the Deputy Clerk of the peace is hereby directed
to attend the said Comittee as their Clerk with the said Books
from time to time as the said Comittee shall require and the Cryer of this
Court is to give them notice of the time of meeting and the said
Committee are here by impowered to adjourn and meet at such
times as they shall think fit It is also referred to the sd. Comittee
to take into Consideration the Order of Gael Delivery made in April Session
last for not receiving Bills of Indictment sent from these Courts after
Two O' Clock on the Second day of that Sessions
