Whereas it stands Referred to Us two of this Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex by
Order of the Court of General Quarter Sessions of the
Peace holden for the said County on Monday the 12th
Day of this Instant as well by the Consideration of the
said Court as by and with the Consent of you Thomas
Benfield
< no role > and Elizabeth Peircy< no role > Your Apprentice there
Complaining and prosecuting againsthimupon on His
Majesty's behalf for a certain Trespasses & upon AssaultPreacher of the
Peace and Misusage of her
the said Apprentice &
other Misusage, to Examine into all Matters of
Complaint of the said Apprentice And to proceed therein
as the Law requires And whereas the said Elizabeth
Piercy

Complaint that you the said Thomas Benefield< no role > her, Majesties
hath have Sunday times without just Cause beaten her the said
Elizabeth Piercy< no role > & otherwise ill Treated & Misused her
