The Information of Wm. Draper< no role > of Holborn in the
Parish of St. Geo. Bloomsbury Hatter taken before
me one of his Majesty Justices of the Peace for the
said County

Who being on Oath saith That on Thursday Morng the 17th Inst
a person Now Present who calls himself John Plachet< no role >
who this Ins had known about Month brought Hatt
now produced to the Ins. house which was then a Ruff or
Shagg Hatt and directed the Ins to taken the Shagg off and to
Turn it and Paid him Two Shillings for doing it and this
Inst: that day took the Shagg off & dyed it in the Condiction
it is new is
