Moidore and other Gold and Silver to the Amount of Nine
Pounds and upwards among which was an Half Crown
Peice of the Coin of Queen Ann remarkably well preserved and
of the Date 1707 a Silver Watch makers name Gray London
upon the Dial plate One Silver Seal a Silver Stock Buckles
a pair of Silver Shoe and a pair of Silver Knee Buckles
a pair of Green Stone Sleeve Buttons with a Diamond set in
the Midst of the Stones One Coat One Waistcoat One pair
of Black Velvet Breeches with a Silver Buckle behind, One
Ruffle Shirt One Stock One Hatt And this Informant saith
that a Coat a pair of Breeches a Shirt a Silver Watch Shoe
Knee Stock and Breeches Buckles now produced are the
property of this Informant and were taken from him in
the Manner aforesaid And this Informant saith that when
he came to himself he saw a Man riffling this Informts.
pockett Book and called out my Book my Book and then
this Informant was in fear of being Murdered by the said
Person And this Informant furr. saith that a Half Crown
Peice now producedwhichis positively his Property and
was taken from him in Manner aforesaid.
