To the Right Worshipfull His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex at their General
session of the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the parish of Saint Martin in the City
of Worcester.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order of Removal under
the Hands and Seals of Two of His Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the City & Liberty of Westmr in ye. sd. County of Middlesex (one being
of the Quorum) bearing date the Twenty Eighth Day of
April last Elizabeth Briggs< no role > Widow of John Briggs< no role >
and their Three Children Vizt. Ann< no role > Aged Twelve Years
and Upwards William< no role > about Ten Years and Sarah< no role > Aged
upwards of Seven Years were [..] removed from the parish
of Saint James with in the Liberty of Westminster in the
County of Middlesex to the said parish of Saint Martin in the
City of Worcester the said Justices thereby Adjudging that to
be the Place of their last Legal Settlement.

That Your Petitioners Conceive themselves
Aggreived by the said Order and Judgment of the said
Justices and Do humbly Appeal therefrom

Humbly Pray that your Worships
