Who being woly on Oath and & first this Jusr. Hannah
Copley< no role > for herself saith That about five Months ago
this Inf lett a ready furnished Lodging to a person
nor fore out who calls herself Margt. Lovelock< no role >
and on Saturday last this Ins discovered that two Pair
of Curtain [..] one Bed Curtain & a
pair of Shirts being price of the furniture of the sd.
Room was gone Whereupon this Ins caused the sd.
Maj. to be Apprehended who then Confessed the thing
the [..] count & Paveing all the above they (one that
Excepting) with thro their Inf. and the Inf. Francis
Smith< no role > for himself saith that he took the above
goods into pay [..] of at Sunday times of the sd. Maj.
(Except as before Excepted) and this Inf Hanr.
further saith that the sd Goods now produced
by the other Ins on the property of the Ins husband
and were taking out of the sd. Room by the sd.
Marg. as this Jurouly bills.
