taken before me one of his Majesties Justice
of the Peace for the sd County

Who being sed on Oath say & first this Inf Mary
Hayley< no role > for herself saith That on Monday last
this Inf togr. With one Eleanor Allen< no role > & Eliz Garrat< no role >
being in the Fields [..] one Jane Shaw< no role > brought
up a Man whose name this Inf hath since heard is
Edd. Rant< no role > and the sd. Shaw persuaded the sd. Rant
to pull off all his Cloaths & that he shod. lye with her
and the sd. Rant stripped himself Naked and the
sd. Shaw took [..] up his Coat his Pempa his Shoes & Buckles & ran away with them and
the sd. Shaw gave to this Inf a Snuff Box which she
took out of the Coat Pocket and the Buckles the sd.
Shaw gave one to Garret & the other to Allen &
she put the Coat into this Inf Apron and this Inf
Staid at the Door of the other Inf Marten While she went
into Pawn the Coat And the Inf Wm. Marten< no role > for
himself saith that he took into pawn of the sd
Jane on Monday last a Coat now produced by
him And the sd Danl Maddox< no role > for himself saith
that the sd.D [..] . Rant lives & worked with him but is seldom
in his right Mind And that the Sd. Coat now Produced by
the other Inf in the property of the sd Rant & that he
went out on Monday Morning with it on but came
home without it
