Take notice that I will appear at the next General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held for the City and
Liberty of Westminster at the Town Court House near
Westminster Hall by adjournment on Fryday the 19th
Day of June Instant at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon
and then and there Plead not guilty to and at the same
time by my Traverse upon the Indictment by you
preferred agst. one for an Assault Dated this 16th Day of
June 1761
