for the sd: County
Who being severally on Oath day & first this [..] Mowbray Saith That last Night about
Eight o Clock this Ins hung up a sadle in his Master stable
and went to bed And this Ins Ralph white< no role >
for himself
saith that about one in the Morng this Ins came house
with a load of Grains & saw a person now prisoner
who calls himself Thomas Crosley< no role >
come from the
stable Door with some they men his Arm & ran up a Dung hill and upon seeing this
Ins he dropt it and thereupon this Ins laid hold of the sd.
This & brought him to his Masters house & called him
up and this Ins then went to the place where he saw
the sd. Thos. dropt the thing he had under his Arm as
afsd & there found a such and sadle which Sadle
in the property of his Master & as he belt. stole out
of the stable by the sd. Tho Crosley< no role >
