I am Ordered by the Court of General Sessions of the Peace now
holden at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in and for the County of Middlesex to desire
you to meet Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr . the Chairman of the said Sessions and the rest of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County On Wednesday Next being the
10th. day of this instant December at 11 o Clock in the Forenoon at the St. Albans
Tavern in St. Albans Street to Concer(as a Deputy Lieutenant of the said
County) and Sign an Address to his Majesty And then to proceed to St. James
to Attend his Grace the Duke of Newcastle Lord Lieutenant & Custos
Rotulorum of the said County to Present the said Address to his Majesty
