Apprenticeship made between them whereby
it appear that the sd. [..] was Bound for the
term of 4 yrs onlyby whichwherefore as the sd.
Petrs. CouncilattAlledgedthatthe
samewasis null & void in law This
Court doth therefore Dismiss the sd. Petition
and the same is hereby dismissd
accordingly
