the said Campell Threetned to hils him & declared that if he
met him at St. James's Gate
, he wou'd cern him through the
Body says that on These Threats he applied to a Justice
of Peace
for a Warrant to apprehend the said Campbell
but that last Night between eight and nine o' Clock he was
Arrested at the Suit of the said Campbell for the Sum
of thirteen hundred and fifty pounds, At Debt to which
this Informt. is a perfect Stranger, [..] never Borrowed
Ten pounds in his Lifetime, of an Person whatever
