One Daniel Porter< no role > who lives in Castle yard But where
or what Castle Yard that is no One Can find out, A [..]
to Anthony Simpson< no role > who Pretends to be a Carpenter
He is only a Sollr, about Spittlefields not worth a
Penny in the world As Appears by his Dress with
respect to his ApparellHis Chief Business, is to
Seize poor peoples Goods for rent and gives his
Advice in Law matters And
when Employed to make
a Distress makes nothing of Breaking open poor
peoples doors to get in to Seize their Gards If they
dont Open an directly Alledgeing he is worth nothing
And therefore Beneath ye Notice of Law,Please to
Ask him in particular As to his Circumstances and
how he now Gives for All ye Goods in his Shop his
Furniture and all is not worth 10s,

If the Bail is Set a side As we Apprehend it will
Be pleased in that case To Move for An Order
That the matter may be referred to Mr. Welch
And yts. Deft. shall give 24 hours Notice of his
Bail to the Prosecutor or Mr. Jopson his [..]
As we may find Out ye Goodness of his Bail
For he has given bad Bail Already And Intend
to give Such Bail every Sessions to perplex
