in the County of Middlesex
exhibited their Petition and
Appeal to this Court this present Session setting forth That by Virtue of a
pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals of Philip Dyott< no role >

two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the
said County (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the 14th. day of November
last a Female Bastard Child named Mary < no role >
aged One Month born of the

was removed
from the Parish of St Giles in the Fields
in the said County of Middx to the said
Parish of St George Hanover Square
as the Place of the said Childs last
legal Settlement Whereby the said Petitioners think themselves aggrieved
Which Appeal was duly adjourned unto this Day Now upon hearing
of what is alledged as well by the said Petitioners their Councel and Witnesses
as by the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Giles
their Councel and Witnesses in and concerning the Premisses It is Ordered
the said Warrant and the Judgement of the said two Justices be and the
same is hereby Confirmed
