Entered at the Time of receiving his Lycence to sell
[..] and other Liquors, to wit, first by suffering Hope
[..] Meetings by Disorderly Persons of both Sexes,
who keep very unseasonable hours, and make frequent
Disturbance in the said House, secondly by Harbouring
and Entertaining a Number of Disorderly Forreigners
who in a Riotous manner mett at the said House
Monday last the 11th. of August Inst. being Anned with
[..] ks and other Offence Weapons, and after having
called for Liquor at the said House with which the said
Witzel supplied them, went out into the Streets and
without Prosecution beat & wounded several of his Majesty's
Subjects passing in that Neighbourhood, to the Great
[..] or of the [..] Inhabitants, and that the frequent
[..] mmd. in the said House makes it a Nusance
A Neighborhood and Induces us to Pray that the
John Witzell< no role > may be Summon'd to answer the afore
said Complaints at the next Genl. Session of the Peace to
be held at Hicks's Hall
