We whose Names are hereunto subscribed being Inhabitants and
House keeper in the Parishes of St. Johne Wappin and St Georges
Middlesex doInformcomplaints and Inform John Fielding< no role > Esqr . one of his Majesty's
[..] of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex , that
John Witzel< no role > living at the Sign of the Scotch Arms in Hermitage
Street in the Parish of St. Johns Wappin aforesaid Victualler
does keep and Maintain an irregular and Disorderly Honor
Contrary to the Ten or of the Recognizance into which he
Entered at the Time of receiving his Lycence to sell
[..] and other Liquors, to wit, first by suffering Hope
[..] Meetings by Disorderly Persons of both Sexes,
who keep very unseasonable hours, and make frequent
[..] Disturbances in the said House, secondly by Harbouring
