(One whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing Date the 4th. day of August 1760-

both
deced was removed from the parish of St. Mary Le Bone
in the County of Middlesex
to the Parish of Saint Giles without
Cripplegate
London as the place of her last legal Settlemt.
That your petitioners Conceive themselves
aggreived by the said Warrant or Order and Humbly
appeal against the same
Your petitioners therefore humbly
pray that Your Worships will be pleased
to appoint a Day of this present Session,
that all parties may Attend to hear and
Abide the Judgment and Determination
of this Court touching the said Appeal
And your Petrs. shall ever pray Etc.
