Do [..] to the Deced. That this day for Might between 11.
& 12 in the Morning Mr. Parry was standing within the
threshold of his own Door. & a Forreigner in running from
a Sailor [..] who pursued him ran cross the way under
Mr. Parry's Arm wch. was resting agt. the door post, into
the Entry& [..] the Sailor Endeavering to follow the
Forreigner was oppos'd by the Deced & not permitted to
pursue whereupon the Sailor with what she takes to be
part of a berch broom Stick with four crock'd Nails
at the Each of it struck the Deced on the left side of
the headThat the Deced by his Maid was led into the
Tap Room That the Sailor went back into the Middle
of the highway & the Witness went up to him & sd.
you have killed the Man of the House. That the
Tailor Answrd. Dacan him & you too you Bilet, Serve
him [..] right & youhimtooThat she wash'd the Wound wth.
Chamberlain & when the Surgeon came she left him.
That the black Velwet Cap produced was the Cap, the
deced had on his head when he Reced the Blow from
the Broom StickThat the Cap being bloody from the
wound she took it home & Wash'd itThat on the
Front of the Cap there are four holes wch. the Deced
declared to the Witness were made by the Nails in the
Brown Stick
