being upon oath Says that a Silver Spoon now produced a Showed to him he says
is the property of his Master Rose Fuller< no role > Esqr . and was feloniously taken out of
his said Master's house, And says that a Person now present who calls herself
Martha Parnall< no role > was at the time the Spoon was lost a Chairwoman in his said
Master's house,

Humphreys< no role > being upon Oath says that a Person now present who calls herself
Martha Parnall< no role > came to his Shop Yesterday and offerr'd to Pawn one Silver Spoon
which Spoon being now produced and Shew'd to him he says is the some which
she Offen'd to Pawn as aforesaid
